How to Delete Your Data

LevrAge is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your data. During the beta, account and data deletion requests are handled manually by email while the self-serve deletion flow is being built.

Request Data Deletion via Email

To request deletion, send an email to:

info@levrage.app

Please include the following information in your email:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your account
• Brief reason for deletion (optional)

We will verify the request and process it manually. You will receive confirmation when the deletion work is complete.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account information (name, email, profile data)
• All connections and contact information you've stored
• Imported Google Contacts data and other user-provided relationship context
• Notes, reminders, preferences, and user-scoped vector records where applicable
• Personal information associated with your account, subject to legal or security retention needs

Data Retention After Deletion

After you delete your account:

• We begin the manual deletion process after verifying the request
• We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you personally
• We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention
