This Privacy Policy describes how LevrAge ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information while the LevrAge beta helps you capture, remember, and act on your professional relationships.

Information We Collect

• Account information (name, email) when you sign up using Google authentication
• Profile, contact, note, reminder, event, and relationship context that you choose to store
• Optional Google Contacts or Calendar data only when you explicitly connect those services
• Intro request, consent, and outcome records needed to run the double opt-in intro workflow
• Usage, diagnostic, and security information needed to operate and improve the beta

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To help you search, recall, enrich, and act on the relationship data you store
• To operate consent-based intro requests and related notifications
• To provide customer support
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Data Storage and Security

LevrAge currently uses Firebase Auth and Firestore for account and application data, Pinecone for user-scoped vector search, OpenAI for AI and embedding features, Google APIs for optional Google-import and Calendar actions, and Resend for email delivery. We use authentication, owner-scoped access checks, and security controls to protect your data, and we continue to harden these controls during beta.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request an export of your data

Self-serve account deletion is not yet available in the beta. Deletion and export requests are handled manually by email while the automated flow is being built.
